We have built a first-of-its-kind Innovation Engine that directly screens old cells and old brains, uncovering solutions uniquely tailored to aging. Our Nature-published proof-of-concept study (Ruetz et al, Nature, 2024) validates this breakthrough approach, enabling us to rapidly and scalably identify therapeutic targets directly in aged brain tissue, fueling a robust drug discovery pipeline. Our lead program features a small molecule targeting a genetically validated pathway that enhances regeneration in the aging brain, offering significant therapeutic potential for age-related neurological diseases.
